The location is fantastic, surrounded by popular restaurants and high-end stores, and the service is welcoming.

Really good staff, magnificent location so close to the best areas of Santiago as well as the mountains and the neighbourhood. Also, to a local shopping mall where we could catch the hop on hop off bus...

The hotel was fairly clean, staff was excellent and attentive. I had silent, spotless room with iron, sofa, for instance. The setting was excellent, short walk to central Santiago, restaurants and public transportation, and wealthiest areas. It also was in a quiet neighborhood. The service was all in all good.
Nothing to mention.

The wireless internet access was important, and the business center as well. I had to print a few documents and this was made easy.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, but command of the English language was poor in general, except at the registration desk.

The night we arrived the people at the reception were very unkind, the night before the checkout I asked to make the payment for the 6 rooms I wanted to reserve for our group, the lady at the reception told me that I could not and that I had to do it before leaving, my flight was at 5 am the next day and that meant that I had to get off 15 minutes earlier to make the payment for the 6 rooms, clear example of when the policies of the establishment are more important than the needs of the client. The first morning when I went down to have breakfast the coffee of the breakfast took 15 minutes in being served, when one travels for business the time is tight and what ALL the world looks for in the morning is the coffee, we were about 15 people of different groups all trying to have 1 coffee, this one went out 15 minutes later, it seems insignificant but it marks much and more when the waiter's answer is "we are already in it" and already. BAD INTERNET

We took a Junior suite, which when we booked was only marginally more expensive than a standard double room. Since in the past we have also stayed in a standard room in the same hotel, we can say that the Junior suite is worth the upgrade. Our suite was comfortable and very large. Interior decor is ok, bathroom still comfortable but could be nicer.

The doormen were very friendly and helpful. This was the only positive thing about my experience.
The front desk staff was not at all welcoming. The rooms are outdated and uncomfortable, breakfast is not worth the cost and the coffee is virtually undrinkable.
